The plate looks so delicious @anggreklestari. All my favorite veggies prepared simply. More natural that way. Carrots, broccoli, and potatoes are so versatile that they can be cooked numerous ways, separately or combined. But combined give you a colorful plate.
You can keep the Tofu. Sorry. I'll substitute salmon or chicken instead.
