Hola amigos friends! Nameste! Hope you are having a great Thursday. Fruits and vegetables contains lots of vitamins that our body needs to fight off daily stress and depletion of nutrients in the body.
Today, I made a delicious and easy breakfast of fruits and vegetables, which I thought to share. The recipe is listed below.
**Ingredients needed for my fruit-veggie meal
INGREDIENTS**
2 carrots
1 cucumber
Half avocado
A slice of watermelon
STEP 1
The vegetable and fruits were washed, so I chopped them, starting with the carrots. I cut them in long strips for easy bite and the cucumbers in a letter C shape.
STEP 2
Remove seeds from watermelon, I left just a few. Dice to easy bite sizes.
STEP 3
Separate avocado from peal and add to the veggie meal and it's ready.
The meal is a #plantbased simple meal for a quicķ breakfast. You can try this when you don't feel like cooking or when you have limited time and yet wants to maintain a healthy diet.
I enjoyed my veggie meal at work and also shared with my colleagues as they love the colorful fruit-veggie meal combination.
