This is a vegan based meal that is enjoyed in it's most natural form. Oats is a well known meal because of it's richness in fiber and low cholesterol attributes. Have you ever tried preparing oats with fresh tigernut milk? Well I bring to you a recipe that the whole family would surely enjoy.
INGREDIENTS
2 bananas
200g oats
1 teaspoon flaxseeds
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 cup tigernut
A handful of saint leaves
Water
COOKING PROCEDURE
Step 1
Prepare ingredients by washing and slicing bananas and vegetables.
Then pour 200g of oats in clean pot and toast.
Blend tigernut and separate milk from chaff with the help of a cheese cloth.
Step 2
Poor fresh tigernut into pot of toasted oats and bring to a boil for 3 minutes
Step 3
Add sugar, flax seeds and vegetable and allow to simmer for 30 seconds.
Step 4
Add banana and more tigernut milk to enjoy.
Our Oats in tigernut milk and banana is ready to enjoy.
It can be served plain or paired with other foods.
