Hello friends of the vegan community! How are you all? I hope you are all doing well and staying healthy. I am also good, and once again, I have brought a delicious sweet recipe for you, which we call Nariyal ka Laddu (Coconut Ladoo). So, let's learn how to make it.
To make this, I need the following ingredients:

- Grated coconut
- One bowl of sugar
- 4-5 cardamom pods, peeled and crushed
- One glass of water
Method of preparation✅
Coconut laddus are quick and easy to make, but they are unmatched in taste.
You can make coconut laddus with either fresh or dried coconut. If you use fresh coconut, grate it and roast it well in a tablespoon of ghee. If you use dried coconut, there's no need to roast it. I am using dried coconut.
- Take a pan and heat it. Then add sugar and water to it.
- Let it cook for 5 minutes. When the syrup becomes sticky to the touch, it means it's ready add cardamom.
- Now, add the grated coconut to the syrup and mix it well.
- Mix it thoroughly for a minute, then remove it from the heat and let it cool down a bit.
- Once it is slightly warm, it is ready to be shaped into laddus. Take a portion and form small balls.
- Make all the laddus in the same way. Our coconut laddus are now ready.
