Hello friends, good evening. How are you all? I hope you're all doing well. Today, I'm sharing a delicious vegetable recipe with you, as green vegetables are quite beneficial for health. One of them is the recipe for Soya Saag Aloo dry vegetable, which takes only 20 minutes to make.
Ingredients:
- Soya Saag - 250 grams
- Potatoes (Aloo) - 4
- Mustard Oil (Sarson ka Tel) - 2 tablespoons
- Asafoetida (Hing) - 1 pinch
- Green Chilies (Hari Mirch) - 2 (finely chopped)
- Some garlic cloves
- Salt - 3/4 teaspoon or as per taste
Procedure to make Soya Saag:
- Soak the soya leaves in water, wash them thoroughly twice, and then put them in a strainer to drain the water. Keep them aside until the water dries. Now, cut them into pieces.
- Peel and wash the potatoes, then cut them into medium-sized pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan. Once the oil is hot, add garlic and sauté until it releases its aroma. After that, add asafoetida, finely chopped green chilies, and the chopped potatoes. Mix well and let the potatoes cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Remove the lid of the pan, stir the potatoes well, and then add the soya saag, salt. Mix well and let the saag cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Check the vegetable; the potatoes should be soft. The delicious Soya Saag Aloo dry vegetable is ready. Turn off the gas and transfer the vegetable to a bowl. You can serve this tasty dish with chapati, parantha, or naan. Please try it once; I hope you'll like my recipe.
