Potatoes are really versatile, you can turn them into so many amazing things that just suits the palate.
Well today I have a really nice meal/snacks that I made with my leftover potatoes and it was as delicious as I imagined. I made a crispy, spiced potato bites paired with a rich, savory vegetable sauce.
Let me take you through the process:

1 teaspoon baking powder
Two fresh tomatoes
1 medium onion
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 carrot
3 small potatoes
Vegetable oil for frying

Procedure
So first step was to boil the potatoes in a pot
And while it was boiling, I poured the flour in a bowl and added one teaspoon baking powder

Next I added 3 spoons of vegetable oil and I mixed it properly with the flour. Then I added half cup of water to it to make a dough
At this point I checked on the potatoes to see if they're ready. Then I mashed the soft potatoes and I mixed them to the dough

Next I added the ingredients, natural spices, cinnamon, pepper, salt and I mixed everything properly.
Next I flattened the dough, and for ready to cut them in the desired shape.
So I cut it in shapes and kept it aside.
Next I heat up the oil for frying and put the desired quantity inside it to dry, until everything was done
I fried them till it turned golden brown and was already looking nice
Then it was time to make the sauce. So I chopped the onions, carrots, and tomatoes
Next I sauteed them in a pan and the sauce was ready!

So the sauce is served together with the potato snacks and or pairs very beautifully
The potato bite was crispy and the mix of spices made it so delicious, and paired with the sauce it was so good!
One thing about about this recipe is how adaptable it is, you can tweak the seasoning to your taste or even experiment with different dipping sauces. It’s a great way to use up leftover potatoes while creating something really special
Thank you all for your time here, I so hope you enjoyed the process!
