Fruity and nutty snack you'll love

in Plant Power (Vegan)8 hours ago

I wanted to do something different with some fruits I recently purchased. So I decided to layer them, mix textures, and create something colorful that felt like a celebration of what’s naturally sweet and healthy. I wanted a healthy snack without no extra milk, or any other sweetener. So I got to work, and I'll share the making process here.

Below are the amount of fruits I used:

Ingredients

  • 1 Orange
  • 1 apple
  • 3 bananas
  • 2 fresh cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup roasted peanuts
  • 1 medium size coconut

I started makeup ng the healthy fruit snack by peeling the orange, slicing the apple

I then sliced the oranges little by little.

I also opened up the coconut and unshelled it

Next I slice the cucumbers into smaller pieces, and removed the seeds

So next I was placing all the fruits on each each other. First I place the cucumber, then the orange.

I continued layering with apple, banana, coconut, and a few roasted peanuts on top for crunch. I repeated this until all the ingredients were used up.

I repeated the same thing for each round till all the fruits were finished

And this is what I ended up with...😍

Taking a bite into this felt so good—crunchy, juicy, fresh and flavorful!
It was super tasty and I loved how it turned out.

It felt good to snack on and to nourish my body with something wholesome, made with love and with my own hands. I'll definitely try this again, and maybe I'll be exploring more fruits to see what else I make out of this.

Thank you all for your time here, and I hope you enjoyed the process and you'd be trying this out. See you next time! 💜
