It's another beautiful day again and we're so excited to be here again.
Today I'll be sharing a very easy and delicious tomato and avocado sandwich that I made with very ingredients and yet it turned out to be super delicious.
I'll walk you through the process I took in making this sandwich.
Below are the list of ingredients:

- 1 small loaf of Bread
- 1 Avocado
- 1 cooking spoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion
- 4 fresh tomatoes
- 8 chili pepper
Procedure
The making of this food is very easy and simple.
- First thing I did was chop my ingredients into smaller pieces. I chop the onions, tomatoes and peppers into my desired shapes mostly round

Next I put oil to heat in the pot, then I sauteed the onions, tomatoes, and the pepper.
Once they were done, I set them aside. Then I sliced the bread. After that I chopped the avocado into smaller pieces too

Next, it was time to assemble the sandwich. On each of the bread, I spread the sauteed sauce on it
Next I put some avocados on it
Then I put 1 round fresh tomato
After filling it I cover it up and it's ready. So after it went round all the bread my sandwich was ready to be enjoyed! It was super nice and delicious, and also healthy!

I loved how the avocado balanced the spice of the chili, and the sautéed sauce gave it an extra depth of flavor that was really good. This sandwich is definitely one I'll be making again soon!
