Today i would like to share the recipe of beetroot paratha ...which is healthy, colorful and attractive for kids and all. This is a best recipe for breakfast, even we can enjoy it for lunch or dinner as well. We can enjoy it with green chilli, pickle, chutney or any type of curry.
This is an easy and delicious recipe, made with wheat flour and beetroot puree. Also require green chilli, ginger and some herbs. Or we grate the beetroot and can direct mix in the flour. If your kid don't want to eat stuffed paratha or veggies , this is the best option, it is tasty, healthy and appealing as well.

INGREDIENTS ✅
- Beetroot 1
- Wheat flour 2 cups
- Ginger 1/5 inch
- Green chilli 1-2
- Salt to taste
- Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
- Garam masala 1 pinch
- Chaat masala (optional)
- Oil
PROCESS ✅
Step 1 :
First take a beetroot , wash it and peel off the skin. You can grate it or make a puree. Usually i grate it to make it more healthy but this time i make a puree. Cut in the pieces and add to the blender jar.
Also add ginger and green chilli, and make a smooth paste or puree. Add little water as required.
Step 2 :
Now in a mixing bowl add wheat flour , beetroot puree, 1 tbsp oil, salt to taste, red chilli powder and some more herbs as you want.
Mix all well and with water knead the dough. Rest it for 10 minutes.
Step 3 :
Make small balls like it , dust with flour and flatten it with the help of rolling pin like this.
Step 4 :
Heat a tawa , place that flatten paratha on the tawa and roast it from both side by applying oil in it. Roast like this:
Make all Paratha one by one. Your beetroot pink paratha is ready to enjoy.
Serve it with chutney or any type of curry. Even you can enjoy it as it... nothing is required.
You can use vegan butter or ghee instead of oil. I want to make it vegan so i used oil.
