Plantain and pap : delicious and tasty breakfast.

Hello everyone,*. I hope you're doing well today! I had some left over plantains and a small mold of pap ,so I decided to prepare a simple yet delightful recipe. With some fresh pepper and onion on hand,it was easy to whip up a quick breakfast that my kids and husband love.

Ingredients : 3 plantain 3 pieces of Fresh pepper.
1 medium -sized Onion. 25 ml of oil
a pinch of salt .
1 mod of Pap. 1 tea spoon of Sugar.
2 tea spoon of Soyabean powder .

Preparation process: this recipe is quite straight forward making it a breeze to prepare. *Fry the plantains; -first,peel and slice the plantains ,then sprinkle a little salt over them.

-Heat oil in a pan and fry the plantain,slices for about 10 minutes until they are golden brown.

Make the pepper sauce: in a separate pot heat some oil and add chopped onion and pepper,stir in a pinch of salt and stir for a few minutes until the mixture is fragrant and well combined. Your pepper sauce will be ready in no time.

Prepare the pap: bring water to boil in a pot . In a bowl,mix the mold of pap with a small amount of water,stir well. -once the water is boiling,pour it into the bowel with the pap and stir until it reaches a smooth consistency.

Finally add sugar and soya sauce to taste

It took me about 40 minutes to prepare this meal and It turned out just as I had hoped,this dish is easy to make flavourful and appetizing.
