So today I made breadfruit for dinner for the hole family and I made it white with vegetables sauce.
Breadfruit is one of the proteinous meal we have add it vegetables makes my meal more nutritious and healthy.
INGREDIENTS USED
4 cups of breadfruit
1 bunch of Vegetables
Salt to taste
1/4 cup of red oil
1 medium Onion
1 tablespoon of dry pepper
Water.
PROCEDURE
Here is the process I used in making my breadfruit and vegetables sauce.
I will first wash my breadfruit two times put them in my pot add water and cook.
I will allow my breadfruit to get soft because is best enjoyed very soft.
Once is soft I will now bring it down and prepare my vegetables sauce.
Here my breadfruit is ready I will now prepare my vegetables sauce.
I will first get my ingredients ready by washing and slicing my vegetables and my onions.
Here my ingredients are ready.
In a dry pot I will put my red oil allow to heat I will now put my salt, my onions and my vegetables and stir for some minutes.
I will now put my pepper stir very well allow for some minutes I will now add water and allow for some minutes.
Here my vegetables sauce is ready I will now serve.
Looking at this dish is very simple and healthy the taste is topnotch.
