


Hello everyone how are you all doing, I hope you all are doing well as for me and my family we are doing well. So today I made this meal I have been carving for this meal is so delicious and healthy that it doesn't require much ingredients it has its natural sweetness.
This meal is made with beans and ripe plantains very delicious.
I love the combination of this two because it contains two or more health benefits.

INGREDIENTS USED
3 cups of beans
5 piece of ripe plantains
Salt to taste
1 medium onion
1 tablespoon of red pepper
1/4 cup of red oil
Water.

PROCEDURE
Here is the procedure I used in preparing my delicious and healthy meal.
I will first select my beans by removing the spoilt once and the chaff.
After that I will put them into my pot add water and cook for some minutes I will now bring it down drain and water and wash.




After washing I will now put it back into my pot add water and cook.

While waiting for my beans to get done I will now wash my plantains, peel and slice them.



I will now check my beans to know if is done I will now add my ripe plantains and stir.



I will now wash and slice my onion and add I will also add my pepper, my salt and my red oil and stir.





Here my beans and ripe plantains is ready.


Looking at this dish is very simple and healthy the taste is topnotch and you can also try it out I know you will love it.
