My healthy beetroot dish for my husband

Warm greetings to everyone here how are you all doing today, I hope you all are enjoying your weekend and as well your Sunday.
I welcome you all into my blog and with my wonderful recipe is beetroot I made for my husband because the last time I made beetroot with beans he ate and love it ever since then he has been asking me to cook beetroot for him.

So today his around I decided to make it for him and I added coconut milk, with the coconut milk he enjoyed it so well.

Let's see the ingredients I used in making my beetroot dish.

INGREDIENTS USED
2 piece of beetroot
1 coconut
1 tablespoon of mix spice
Salt to taste
1 medium Onion
4 tablespoon of vegetables oil
1 tablespoon of dry pepper
Water.

Note that mix spice is a mixture of dry grounded tumeric, ginger and garlic.

PROCEDURE
Here is the process I used in making my beetroot dish.
I will first get my ingredients ready
I will cut my coconut remove from the shells wash and cut into smaller size and blend.
After blending I will now use my firter to firter it.

I will also wash and peel my beetroot cut them into pieces.
Here my ingredients are ready.

In a clean and dry pot I will put my vegetables oil allow to heat I will now add my slice onions, my salt and my beetroot.

I will stir for some minutes I will now add my pepper, my mix spice and my coconut milk.

I will allow to boil for some minutes and my coconut milk will dry on my beetroot to help get a good taste.
