My healthy meal with plantains and green leaf with oil bean

Warm greetings to everyone here how are you all doing today I welcome you all into my blog and as always very happy and excited to share my recipe here with my friends.
This recipe is made with unripe plantains with green leaf and oil bean.
I had my lunch with this recipe and I really enjoyed my lunch with it because it contains a lot of health benefits.

INGREDIENTS USED
3 piece of unripe plantains
1/4 cup of red oil
1 medium Onions
5 piece of fresh pepper
10 stems of green leaf
Salt to taste
1/4 paint of oil bean
Water.

PROCEDURE
I will first wash and peel my plantains cut them into pieces.
In a clean pot I will put my plantains add water and cook.

While waiting for my plantains to get soft I will now wash and slice my onions, my pepper and my green leaf.

Once my plantains is soft I will now put my red oil, my salt, my onions and my pepper and stir very well.

I will now add my green leaf stir and add my oil bean and stir very well.

Looking at this dish is very simple and tempting and the taste is topnotch and contains lots of health benefits.
