Happy Sunday everyone I welcome each and every one of you to my blog and am happy to share my wonderful recipe here.
Yesterday I went to market so I saw this pumpkin seed and I have been carving for it because is been a while I ate it last so Immediately I saw it I was very happy that I bought it a make something really good and enjoyable.
INGREDIENTS USED
1 pumpkin seed
1/4 cup of red oil
1 medium Onion
Salt to taste
5 piece of fresh pepper
Water.
PROCEDURE
Here is the process I used in making my pumpkin seed a very healthy meal
I will first wash my pumpkin seed and cut into pieces put them in my pot add water and cook.
While waiting for my pumpkin seed to get done I will prepare my palm oil sauce.
I will wash and slice my onions and my pepper.
My red oil is already in my plate I will now put salt, add my pepper and my onions and stir very well.
Here my palm oil sauce is ready.
I will now check my pumpkins if they are done.
I will now allow to get cool.
Here my pumpkin seed is done I will now allow to get cool before I will now remove the back of my pumpkin and serve with my palm oil sauce.
Looking at this dish is very simple and tempting the taste is topnotch and I love pumpkin seeds so much because it has a lot of health benefits and rich in protein very nutritious to the body.
