Legume, celery and carrots soup.(ENG/ESP) 🍲🍲🍲🍲

Good morning hivers how are you? Yesterday I was absent because my husband and I took a little trip which I will tell you about soon, however here I am again with one of my recipes, today is nice weather and usually when it's nice weather I don't make soup but I wanted soup so I cooked it.

I bought a mix of legumes, red and white beans, lentils, barley and chickpeas and then I made soup with them, adding celery and carrots to flavor everything. The mix of legumes is very convenient for making soups.

For this recipe you will need:

  • 70 grams of mixed legumes
  • 60 grams of celery
  • 2 carrots
  • 4 tablespoons of salt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion

First let's take the celery, there are those who don't use the leaves but I find them excellent for flavoring soup so let's clean it well, cut the desired quantity and cut it into medium sized strips then take the leaves and cut them finely or crush them with your hands like I did.

Ayer estuve ausente porque mi esposo y yo hicimos un pequeño viaje el cual les contaré pronto, sin embargo aquí estoy nuevamente con una de mis recetas, hoy hace buen tiempo y normalmente cuando hace buen tiempo no hago sopa pero quería sopa así que la cociné. Compré una mezcla de legumbres, frijoles rojos y blancos, lentejas, cebada y garbanzos y luego hice sopa con ellos, agregando apio y zanahoria para darle sabor a todo.

La mezcla de legumbres es muy conveniente para hacer sopas. Para esta receta necesitarás:

  • 70 gramos de legumbres mixtas
  • 60 gramos de apio
  • 2 zanahorias
  • 4 cucharadas de sal
  • 2 cucharadas de cebolla picada

Primero tomemos el apio, hay quienes no usan las hojas pero a mí me parecen excelentes para darle sabor a la sopa así que limpiémoslo bien, cortemos la cantidad deseada y lo cortemos en tiras medianas luego tomemos las hojas y córtelas finamente o tritúrelas con las manos como lo hice yo.

Luego guardamos el apio en un bol, pelamos bien las zanahorias y las cortamos en trozos medianos o pequeños como más nos guste, como prefieran, a mí me encantan los trozos grandes, ponemos a hervir una cacerola con agua con sal y la cebolla picada, cuando hierva el agua añadimos el apio y la zanahoria y los dejamos hervir diez minutos, luego añadimos la mezcla de cereales y cocinamos todo unos 40 minutos, revolviendo seguido, servimos nuestra sopa caliente, saludable, perfecta para limpiar el estómago y para calentar!
