Here's the recipe:

  • 120 grams of rice
  • 90 grams of radicchio
  • 80 grams of canned corn
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 3 tablespoons of fine salt

First, let's prepare the radicchio. Wash it well and, if necessary, remove the outer leaves if they're damaged. Then, cut it into medium-sized rounds. Heat three tablespoons of oil in a pan and cook the radicchio over low heat for about ten minutes.
