Hello blog friends, here I am again with a fall recipe. Today I found some button mushrooms on sale at the supermarket and took advantage of the opportunity to make a delicious mushroom risotto, a typical fall dish. Here's what you'll need for this recipe:

  • 80 grams field mushrooms
  • 120 grams rice
  • 1 shallot
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 3 tablespoons white pepper
  • 3 tablespoons salt

First, take the field mushrooms. They're usually sold fresh and unwashed, so we need to carefully remove any soil residue with a small knife or cloth. Then, chop them into fine pieces, as these mushrooms are easy to chop and quite soft. We'll also prepare a pan with three tablespoons of oil.

Hola, amigos del blog, aquรญ estoy de nuevo con una receta otoรฑal. Hoy encontrรฉ champiรฑones en oferta en el supermercado y aprovechรฉ para preparar un delicioso risotto de champiรฑones, un plato tรญpico de otoรฑo. Aquรญ tenรฉis lo que necesitรกis para esta receta:

  • 80 gramos de setas de campo
  • 120 gramos de arroz
  • 1 chalota
  • 3 cucharadas de aceite
  • 3 cucharadas de pimienta blanca
  • 3 cucharadas de sal

Primero, elegimos las setas de campo. Suelen venderse frescos y sin lavar, asรญ que debemos retirar con cuidado cualquier resto de tierra con un cuchillo pequeรฑo o un paรฑo. Despuรฉs, los picamos finamente, ya que son fรกciles de picar y bastante blandos. Tambiรฉn prepararemos una sartรฉn con tres cucharadas de aceite.

Next, peel the shallot well and slice it thinly. Sautรฉ it in a pan with oil for about six minutes. Then add the chopped mushrooms and cook, stirring frequently, for about fifteen minutes, until slightly wilted. Season with white pepper once cooked.

Meanwhile, bring a pot of water and three tablespoons of salt to a boil. Once the water boils, add the rice and cook for fifteen minutes. Drain when ready. Return the rice to the pan and add the mushrooms to the rice. Stir well, and serve hot. A delicious autumnal dish!

A continuaciรณn, pela bien la chalota y cรณrtala en rodajas finas. Sofrรญela en una sartรฉn con aceite durante unos seis minutos. Luego, aรฑade los champiรฑones picados y cocรญnalos, removiendo con frecuencia, durante unos quince minutos, hasta que se ablanden ligeramente. Sazona con pimienta blanca una vez cocinados.

Mientras tanto, pon a hervir una olla con agua y tres cucharadas de sal. Cuando el agua hierva, aรฑade el arroz y cuรฉcelo durante quince minutos. Escรบrrelo cuando estรฉ listo. Vuelve a poner el arroz en la olla y aรฑade los champiรฑones. Remueve bien y sirve caliente. ยกUn delicioso plato otoรฑal!
