Spicy sweet and savory is one of the flavors that we crave the most in any menu dish at home. This includes the simple yet delicious way to prepare baby corn for a family lunch or dinner.
Today, I'm going to show you how to make a delicious vegan dish out of baby corn. One of the dishes that has its own characteristics and also a special taste. Now this recipe itself I found on social media a while ago, but there are many differences in ingredients because I rely on what ingredients are at home. Yeah this is because I have a lot of baby corn to cook.

Next, coat with cornstarch so that all layers of baby corn are floured.
Then fry the baby corn until brownish yellow or until the baby corn is cooked perfectly.
Prepare the ingredients, 2 red chilies, tomatoes, bawng in a blender with enough water. Now you can use tomato and chili sauce for this dish to make it more practical.
All ingredients have been prepared and sauté green chilies and onion that have been cut with enough cooking oil.
Add the sauce that has been blended, then use onions for a more fitting taste.
Add soy sauce, and other seasoning ingredients that have been stirred in a small bowl. Add to the stir-fry and cook.

The savory, spicy, sweet and salty taste is also just right in addition to the creamy sauce and also the corn is very good natural sweetness and when coated with flour it gets even better.
I tried to enjoy it with warm white rice, it was more fitting and very delicious, perfect for any occasion.
