Puffed Fried Banana
Puffed fried bananas therwise known as maniac bananas are fried bananas that are cut into small pieces and then coated with flour dough and then given yeast. So that when fried the banana will be maximally puffed. At first I was skeptical that this snack would work, but who would have thought that this viral snack would work at home. This snack is so viral that sometimes when buying it you have to queue long. And it often runs out quickly in my area. Now because I was curious about the recipe, I looked it up on the internet a few days ago and wanted to try making it at home.
Ingredients
100 grams flour
1 plantain comb
2 tablespoons margarine
Enough water
1 tablespoon sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon fermipan
¼ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon vanili powder
¼ teaspon of baking soda
Making Procedure
I prepared the isang first, cutting small bananas to your liking.
I melted margarine first in a pan filled with water.
Prepare the flour and rice flour and mix them together.
Add sugar and fermipan then add baking powder and baking soda.
Stir until evenly distributed, and add water little by little while stirring
If the concentration is right, add the salt and melted margarine and stir again.
Next, dip some of the bananas that you want to fry then fry in plenty of oil.
When half cooked, the dough starts to turn brownish yellow and then turns the dough automatically expands itself and takes on a round shape.
Results and Presentation Suggestions
Taraa!!! Puffed banana or often known as maniac fried banana is ready to be served. I served it in a box and topped it with chocolate and seres. I plan to give it to the neighbor's children to stuff in the box later. He must be very happy especially since he is fasting, I think preparing delicious sweet snacks like this must be very good later in eating together.
I'm so happy that my first time making puffed fried bananas worked out perfectly. Didn't expect at all the usual banana preparations turned out to be made like this to be very delicious.
