Hi vegan lovers, it's great to be back to share a recipe for one of the simple snacks at home. This is my first fried jackfruit snack, usually I make jackfruit into bubbles, puddings or other traditional foods. In fact, jackfruit is often an aromatic ingredient that is very suitable to be combined in cold drinks or any drinks in our country. Now I am very happy with any new preparations in my kitchen including this jackfruit preparation.
Made from ripe jackfruit that has a fragrant aroma that makes this preparation delicious and of course crispy. Fried snacks are often a mainstay snack in my house, but making them from jackfruit is the first time I've tried it. Ripe jackfruit that is processed with flour and then fried crispy.

Ingredients
120 ml water
200 grams of wheat flour
100 grams of rice flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon margarine
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
¼ teaspoon salt

The sesame fried jackfruit is ready to be enjoyed, the aroma of the jackfruit is indeed very fragrant and most importantly the crispy flour layer and also there is a special aroma from sesame which makes it even more different from the usual fried food I enjoy at the market. It's so delicious I think this will be a preparation that I will make often if I have jackfruit at home.
For the taste, the sweetness is not only in the coating material that I give granulated sugar. But the pineapple has a natural sweetness that is enough to make it melt on the tongue. Now for those of you who have never tried preparations like this, try making it.
