The blessing of a food dish comes from what we are grateful for when we enjoy it. Even though it's just a simple dish, when we can enjoy it with a smile, doesn't everything become more delicious?

This time I made a simple dish from okra (Abelmoschus esculentus), actually I have been curious about this vegetable for a long time. However, I just found this vegetable in the supermarket yesterday, it turns out the okra vegetable has a unique shape. The fine hairs on the skin of okra and the shape are very different from other vegetables, at first glance it is similar to the gambas vegetable, but this is very different.

The strangest thing about this vegetable is the sap on the inside of okra, which will definitely surprise people the first time they cook this vegetable. Okra vegetables have a lot of sap, therefore before processing okra, I first soak the okra in salt water. However, for maximum results, you can also boil it first. So, because this is my first time trying this vegetable, at first I was very doubtful that I would like this vegetable because of its gummy texture. However, there is one thing that makes me sure, after tasting a little of the raw part, the contents of the okra are not bitter at all. So, I don't think it's a big deal, I'll definitely like it and the sap is very safe and doesn't itch at all."

This time I made an okra dish stir-fried with a combination of tempeh. I think this will be very delicious, tempeh has a really delicious taste. So to produce delicious stir-fried okra, isn't it a combination of ingredients that also taste delicious? Well, one of them is like this tempeh, I cut the tempeh into small pieces and fried it first before sautéing it, fried tempeh is my favorite, tempeh becomes more delicious after frying it.

So, you must be very curious about this dish, right? Well, let me prepare you step by step in the process of making this dish!

Take a spoonful and start tasting the okra vegetable, unexpectedly it turns out this vegetable is delicious. Even though it is slimy, it doesn't bother you at all when eaten because it tastes slightly sweet. I like the texture, but I don't recommend overcooking it because it will damage the texture.

Interestingly, this vegetable, which produces mucus, actually makes it creamier, just like we add cornstarch to a stir-fry like we make capcai. It's not at all as bad as I imagined, but still it all depends on your taste. If you are not a lover of slimy vegetables, I do not recommend you this okra vegetable.
