Join me let's make a simple Vegan sweet potato chips together with sauce.

Ingredients
2 medium size sweet potatoes
1 piece of spring onion
500 ml of vegetable oil
1 sachet of tomato paste
2 teaspoons of blended pepper, onion, garlic, and ginger
Salt to taste


Preparation
I started by peeling off the skin from the sweet potato, rinsed it, and then I cut it into my desired shape.

After which I preheat my oil in a pan on medium heat.

I sprinkled a little salt on the sliced potatoes and stirred

Then I fried the potatoes until they became crispy.
I removed the chips from the oil and turned it into a basket to drain the excess oil and set it aside.

For the sauce
I reduced the oil.

Then I poured my tomato paste

After which I poured my blended pepper, onion, garlic, and ginger paste, stirred, and allowed it to fry for two minutes.


I added my chopped spring onion and salt, then I stirred and allowed it for 30 seconds. Before finally dropping it from the heat


Food is ready to be served
