Good evening my lovely vegan lovers , tonight i prepared a pasta twist with some veggies.i love healthy food because it's really good for the body a d it also makes us look younger.
INGREDIENTS
500g pasta twist
10g green pies
1 onion
1 cooking spoon vegetable oil
5 spring onions
1 Teaspoon salt
1 green pepper
3 big carrots
COOKING PROCESS
First step: slicing my washed carrots, onion, green pepper and spring onions
Second step 2:
Putting my clean pot on fire and pouring my vegetables oil, after that i add my onion and allowed it to stir for a minute i added my carrot and cooked like 3 minutes before adding my green pies , green pepper and spring onions.so after adding my spring onions i cooked it like 2 minutes then added small water
Step 3
I opened my pasta twist and poured into a bowl and pour it hot water and water it thoroughly, then i added my pasta to the veggies and allow it to cook.
My food is ready ,is good to eat healthy foods because it makes us look healthy too
