Have a great day, dear friends. Today is another rainy day. As the day begins, we start with the hope of doing our best. Today, I thought of preparing a cauliflower deviled dish for our lunch. Our family loves cauliflower dishes, and we prepare various dishes using this versatile vegetable. But today, I am sharing a special recipe: cauliflower deviled. This is a very nutritious food and is quite popular in Asia. It's also a great recipe for vegetarians. Let's see how to prepare this delicious dish.

Materials Used.

Cauliflower 200g.
3 Tablespoon of Tomato sauce.
Salt to taste.
Some Water.
3 Tablespoon of Wheat flour.
3 Tablespoon of Corn flour.
Coconut oil for frying.
1 Teaspoon of Soy sauce.

Some hot water.
Onions cut into large pieces.
Some chopped tomatoes.
3 cloves of chopped garlic.
A piece of rampe.
Some curry leaves.
1 Teaspoon of crushed chili powder.
1 Teaspoon of chili powder.
1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
1 Tablespoon of Sugar.

The cooking process as follows.

Now let's prepare the recipe. First, remove and discard the leafy parts of the cauliflower. Next, cut the cauliflower into small pieces. Wash and clean the chopped cauliflower thoroughly.

Next, add a little salt to the cut, washed, and cleaned cauliflower. Pour hot water over it and cover it for a few minutes. After that time, drain the water.

Next, add chili powder, turmeric powder, salt powder, wheat flour, corn flour to the cauliflower and add about a tablespoon of water to it and mix well.

Next, take a pot and add about 200ml of coconut oil to it and put it on the stove to heat. After the oil heats up, add the mixed cauliflower and fry until golden.

Now let's take a pan and put it on the stove. Add about 2 tablespoons of oil. Once it gets hot, add garlic, onion, raw chillies, and curry leaves. Fry for about a minute. Then, add chili powder and crushed chili powder, mixing well.

Next, add the fried cauliflower to the pan. Then, add sugar, hot sauce, tomato, and tomato sauce, mixing well. Cook for about 3 minutes before removing from heat.
