Materials Used.
Semolina 100g.
Grated coconut 75g.
Grated jaggery 150g.
Water 100ml.
About 3 crushed cardamom pods.
A pinch of salt.
The cooking process as follows.
Now, to prepare this, first put a pot on the stove and let it heat up, add some semolina to it and fry it for about 6 minutes on low heat. Then remove it from the heat and keep it aside.
Next, add the coconut to the same pot and fry until the water in the coconut evaporates. then Keep the roasted coconut separately.
Next, add jaggery to the same pot. Pour in 100 ml of water and mix until the jaggery dissolves completely. Add cardamom powder and a pinch of salt, then mix well.
Next, when the mixture becomes slightly thick and caramelized, add the coconut and semolina and mix well.
Next, after it becomes watery and thick, remove it from the stove and spread coconut oil on a tray and thin it out.
