About 20 washed and cleaned jackfruit seeds.
About 5 cloves of garlic cut into rounds.
Some curry leaves.
Coconut oil 300ml.

The cooking process as follows.
Now let's get this set up. For that, take a bowl and put it on the stove and add the jackfruit seeds. Roast it for about 10 minutes, stirring it around. Then it is easy to remove the peel from the jackfruit seed.
Next we remove the peel from the jackfruit seed with the help of a knife. Cut the peeled jackfruit seeds into thin slices.
Next, put a pot on the stove and add coconut oil to it. After the coconut oil is heated, fry the jackfruit seeds until golden, then fry the garlic and curry leaves.
Next, add chili powder, turmeric powder, salt to the mixture of fried jackfruit seeds, turmeric and curry leaves and mix well.
