Delicious and nutritious carrot fry.

Have a great day, dear friends. I hope you are well. With the beginning of a new day, there is no lack of work as usual. Amidst the busy routine, I am ready to bring you another new recipe. Today, I thought to change the usual way of making carrots and prepare them in a new, exciting way. Carrots are a vegetable full of nutrients, and I am going to prepare them with oil to preserve their nutritional quality. The vitamins in carrots are beneficial for many parts of the body. Carrots are a well-known vegetable, and we prepare various dishes with them. Let's see if the way I prepare them is enjoyable for you.

Materials Used.

Carrots 200g.
A little chopped onion.
2 chopped green chilli pods.
Salt as needed.
3 Garlic cloves,
Curry leaves.
Two cinnamon sticks.
2 pieces of Rampe.
2 Cardamom.
2 Cloves.
3 Teaspoon of crushed chili powder.
1 teaspoon of Mustard seeds.
1/3 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
Coconut oil 100ml.

The cooking process as follows.

Let's prepare this recipe. For that, first peel off the carrot and wash it well. After that, the carrots are thinly cut into long shapes.

Next, we add some turmeric powder and salt powder to the cut carrots. After that it is mixed well.

Next we take a pot and put it on the stove and add some coconut oil to it. After the oil heats up, add the carrot pieces little by little and fry them half.

Next, I took a wooden mortar and pestle and put garlic, curry leaves, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves together and pounded it well to make a paste. You can do this with a blender. I didn't have a blender, so I made it this way.

Next we take a pot and add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil to it and keep it on the stove. When the oil is hot, add mustard seeds. When it bursts, add the prepared paste and mix well.

Next, add onions, green chilies, cumin, crushed chili powder, and salt to the desired amount and mix again.

Next, add the half-boiled carrots, mix well and remove from the stove after 2 minutes.

The carrot fry made in this way can be served hot with white rice. This is a different kind of taste. I think that if you want to prepare food from carrot , you will prepare it in this way.
