Coconut oil.
2 green chillies, finely chopped.

Method of preparation.

Now take another cup and keep green chillies, sugar, salt and garlic in it separately.
Now we again take a vessel and add about 2 cups of water to it and some salt in it and heat it. After the water boils, put the chopped water spinach and keep it for about 20 seconds and take it out.
After that, take a bowl filled with water and add boiled water spinach to it. Keep it in water for about 2 minutes, squeeze it and keep it aside.
Now let's take a pot again and put some oil in it and heat it. Take about 2 teaspoons of the heated oil Add the garlic, raw chillies, sugar and salt that were kept separately. Now let's mix with water spinach.At the same time, add onions and tomatoes to it and mix well.
