Nutritious and delicious water spinach salad.

I feel the same way about family safety. Today I am bringing you how to make a water spinach salad in a different way. The water spinach plant that grows in water contains vitamins a, b, c, d, potassium, magnesium, and phosphorus. It also contains fiber and calcium. So let's find out about the ingredients needed to prepare this nutritious food.

Materials Used.

Water spinach 200g.

A finely chopped onion.
A finely chopped tomato.
Coconut oil.

2 green chillies, finely chopped.
Salt powder as required.
A little chopped garlic.
1/2 Tablespoons of sugar.

Method of preparation.

Now let's move on to the preparation process. For that, first wash the water spinach and break it into small pieces. Or cut it.

Now take another cup and keep green chillies, sugar, salt and garlic in it separately.

Now we again take a vessel and add about 2 cups of water to it and some salt in it and heat it. After the water boils, put the chopped water spinach and keep it for about 20 seconds and take it out.

After that, take a bowl filled with water and add boiled water spinach to it. Keep it in water for about 2 minutes, squeeze it and keep it aside.

Now let's take a pot again and put some oil in it and heat it. Take about 2 teaspoons of the heated oil Add the garlic, raw chillies, sugar and salt that were kept separately. Now let's mix with water spinach.At the same time, add onions and tomatoes to it and mix well.

So this is a nutritious and delicious salad that can be put on the dining table. And even without anything, this salad can be added to the food. Full of flavor, this salad can be served to your beloved family as well as to a party. It can be prepared very easily. I will say goodbye to today with a new experience.

Wow! Another way of preparing water spinach. We used to prepare it by sauteing it in a little oil. The process is almost the same too.

May I ask why we need to squeeze it? Is it to remove the water? We can also drain it?
