Small eggplant 250g.
A finely chopped onion.
A finely chopped tomato.
3 cloves of chopped garlic.
1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
1 Teaspoon of curry powder.
2 Teaspoon of chili powder.
3 Tablespoon of coconut oil.
2 Green chilies, chopped.
Some water.

The cooking process as follows.
First, wash the brinjals thoroughly and cut them into round slices.
Now add spices, salt, green chilies, and tomatoes to the sliced brinjals, and mix everything well.
Next, take a pan and place it on the stove. Add some coconut oil, and once the oil is hot, add garlic and onions, allowing them to sauté lightly. Then add the brinjal mixture to the pan.
Now, once the brinjals are slightly fried, add a little water and cook for about 3 more minutes. Then remove it from the heat.
