How are you all ? Hope you all are well. Alhamdulillah I am fine too. I am back with you again with another new recipe post. Today I will share with you a very nice and delicious recipe Hope you like it. Let's start-
Carrot Laddu Recipe.
Materials-
- the carrot
- sugar
- the milk
- Butter or oil.
- salt
First I washed the carrots well and cut them into small pieces with a cutter. Like the way we do some kind of roast. Now I put a pot in the oven. Then I put enough oil on it. I didn't have butter so I used oil. You can add butter or ghee if you want. Then I gave the carrots. At the same time add milk and sugar and salt according to the amount of the packet. You can also use liquid milk here if you want. I used packet milk. In this way everything should be stirred well for quite some time. When the color becomes a little darker, take it out on a plate. Now take little by little with the help of hand and make it like round laddoos.
