I think this would be better than 'cheese' cake, as cheesecake always makes me feel a little ill! I'm always in awe of picking blueberries as we dont' have them here. That blueberry picker looks like a serious bit of equipment!
I don't eat cheesecake because they use gelatine and I didn't like the taste. I think cheese is something to make savory food. But this one tastes very good the combination of coconut cream and cashew made it different.

About berry-pickers, each Norwegian house has at least one of these kinds of blueberry pickers I have 3 in my collections. It is a traditional walk with the whole family in the mountains or forest and pick berries as much as you want Here is no control over that.
