Anyways, I only know a few dishes with green Papaya as main ingredients. One with coconut milk and with turmeric, another one is Tinola basically a Chicken Soup with ginger, papaya, chili leaves or malunggay. Then an Atchara, its like a pickled one, it's really good as a side dish, its sour, a lil sweet and lil salty. Your recipe looks new to me, we never tried doing this into a papaya and it's sour too? Interesting. I feel like Mommy F will really love that recipe.
