Tofu is a very good food for our body, the price is also very cheap in our place, tofu itself is also very popular and can also be processed into various kinds of favorite foods, both snacks and also as good as side dishes at home, today I will make a dish from this white tofu, the white tofu that is very popular in Indonesia, various delicious foods that can be produced from it

as a snack or as a side dish, both are very delicious, you can make it yourself at home, based on the recipe that I will give later, as usual, I got this super spicy sweet crispy tofu recipe from my mother, my mother often makes it herself at home but this is the first time I tried making it, but the process of making it is quite easy, anyone can make it

Tofu that is fried as usual, then seasoned with selected spices and coated with all-purpose flour so that it tastes crispy, crunchy, savory and delicious.
I'm curious about how I make this snack. Well, just follow the steps that I will share in my post today.


Materials used

2 blocks of tofu
1 packet of all-purpose flour
4 red chilies
2 shallots
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp mushroom stock


Manufacturing procedure


First


First I cut the tofu into small squares then I prepared the oil for frying it.

Next, I poured all-purpose flour into the wet tofu and then fried it until it was half dry.

Next, I also prepared wet flour to sprinkle again on top of the tofu.

then I sprinkled wet flour onto the tofu and fried it again until the tofu was dry,while I prepare the ground spices

I grind the ground spices until they are really smooth, then I sauté them in hot oil until they are really cooked and fragrant, don't forget to add the spices

After the ground spices are cooked, I often stir the spices so that the oil doesn't get absorbed. Then I sprinkle it on top of the tofu.

Here's the tofu, ready to enjoy with your family at home. Crispy tofu with a delicious aroma of spices makes this snack incredibly delicious. It's perfect served with rice or if you want to have a snack like that, it's also very delicious.

Mmm, yummy, yummy, I'd like to try that combination of flavors along with that crunchy texture. You can't get tofu here in my city, at least not easily. To try it, I'd have to make it myself using some grains. I like that combination with the flour to make it crunchy. I'll try that, good idea. Best regards.
