Greetings Hiveans! Food is something which we all prefer to be different each day. But few foods are somethings enjoyed by the young and old. So here I would like to bring Fried Noodles from my Kitchen to your table.

Let's give a start:
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:
- Noodles : 1 large packet with 8 cubes. Here I have taken Top Ramens Noodles
- Garlic : 2 - 3 cloves
- Onion : 1 Big
- Tomato : 1
- Carrot : 1
- Corn : one fresh corn ( boil and keep aside)
- Capsicum : 1
- Cooking oil : 2 table spoon
- Water : enough water to boil Noodles
- Salt : to taste
- Oil : a table spoon.
Note: Here I did not add capsicum as it was not available nearby.
HOW TO PREPARE
STEP - 1
Boil water. To it add salt and one tablespoon oil. Once it start boiling, add the noodles and once done, strain it and keep aside.
STEP - 2
Keep a thick vessel. Add two tablespoon of oil and first add garlic, then gradually add onion, carrot, tomato, boiled corn and capsicum. Stir them well. It takes minimum 5 to 6 minutes. Now add salt and black pepper. Salt and pepper gives the taste and falvour. Switch off the stove and keep aside.
If required you can add the flavour sachets available in the noodles packet.
STEP - 3
To the vegetables, add the noodles and mix well. Simmer in flame for just 3 to 4 minutes. Its ready to be served hot.
