I love recipes you make @sirenahippie because they comes out extra delicious. See how crispy they look. Hope you enjoyed your coffee with it. I will love ❤️ to try it by substituting like you said but will make sure to at least get 70%/80% over 100% to make it a bit close. Thanks for sharing with us.

        Thank you very much for your nice comment. Although they look crunchy (I think because of the coconut topping), they were soft and very tasty. Try to make the substitution with similar flours. Greetings and happy day to you @sunshine29
