How are you, First of all, I wish you all a good day, my dear friends. As you wish me a good day where your good wishes come true as planned, you know very well that I am pregnant by now. I am trying to provide/make the food that gives me strength and nutrition. Because I have to do everything myself. So I thought I should make a delicious dish from chickpeas. This should be nutritious. That is why I made a delicious dish. Very easy. So let's see how to make delicious dish.

Ingredients;

  • 100g of boiled chickpeas
  • Half teaspoon of chilli pieces
  • A teaspoon of salt powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of pepper powder
  • Half tablespoon of tomato sauce
  • A few curry leaves
  • A ripe small sized tomato
  • About leeks leaves
  • A few water spinach leaves
  • Two cloves of garlic
  • A few large onion
  • Half teaspoon of mustard seeds

The method of making;

Wash and clean the large onion and cut them into long pieces.

Cut the water spinach into bite-sized pieces.

Cut leeks very thinly.

Chopped garlic.

Place a pan on the stove and add these three tablespoons of oil to it. When the oil is hot, add the mustard seeds.

Then add chopped garlic and keep it turns into golden color.

Afterthat add onion with curry leaves.

Cook on low heat for about a minute.

Add pepper powder with salt powder.

Stir fry all this on low heat and add the tomato pieces.

Add chilli pieces.

Keep the heat on and add the tomato sauce.

Add the finely chopped leek leaves, keep the heat on the stove at a low level, and stir well until it is cooked.

Add boiled chickpeas.

Finally, turn off the heat, add the chopped water spinach leaves, stir well, and leave on the stove for another minute before removing from the stove.

I quite like chickpeas are easy and cheap I never made them in. Tempura way, creative and nice idea 💡💡

I actually eat chickpeas several times a week. They're my favorite type of grain food. So since I make them so often, I make them in different ways.
