Here, friends, the recipe I bring to you today is for a day without meat or fish, for someone who does not like to eat meat and fish, if you have these raw ingredients, you can try a very delicious dish that is even more delicious than meat and fish, and that is called jackfruit seeds curry.So, however let's see how to make it.

Ingredients;

  • 250g of boiled jackfruit seeds
  • A cup of thick coconut milk
  • A teaspoon of red raw rice
  • A tablespoon of grated coconut
  • 1/4 teaspoon of mustard seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon of fenugreek seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cumin seeds
  • Half teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • Half teaspoon of pepper powder
  • A full tablespoon of oil

  • A tablespoon of chopped onion
  • Half tablespoon of chopped garlic
  • A few curry leaves
  • A few pandan leaves
  • A few cinnamon pieces
  • Three pods of green chillies
  • Two teaspoons of chilli powder
  • Two teaspoons of meat curry powder
  • A teaspoon of cumin powder
  • A full teaspoon of salt cubs

The method of making;

First, you need to chop the boiled jackfruit seeds. You don't want them to be too crumbly, but rather into regular pieces.

Then, fry the rice and grated coconut on low heat until they turn brown. This thickens the jackfruit curry and gives it a very delicious aroma.

Now let's heat a clay pot and add a tablespoon coconut oil to it. Then add mustard seeds to it.

Now add chopped onions, garlic, curry leaves, pandan leaves, cinnamon pieces with green chillies.

Fry on medium heat for about two minutes and then add chili powder, cumin powder and meat curry powder.

Turn off the stove and mix well. Then add the boiled and crushed jackfruit seeds, turmeric and salt.

Add pepper powder and mix well all.

Now add the coconut milk and cook for five minutes on medium heat.

Then add fried and the rice and coconut mixture.

Now mix well all things again and cook five minutes on medium heat and then remove from stove.

You know, I'm not a big meat lover. I'm not a vegetarian either. But I really like this curry. It's very fragrant and very tasty. Also, some countries may not have jackfruit seeds. But for those who do, you can make jackfruit seeds curry like this for a different taste and a taste you like to eat.
