But I thought I should make a delicious recipe during the short break I got. But I was very tired. So I looked for a simple and quick dish to make. These days we get a little more leeks. I thought I would try this recipe today, which is the first time I have ever made leeks. This is really delicious. This is a strange flavor. So let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- 100g of leeks
- Two tablespoons of grated coconut
- One and half tablespoons of oil
- Two pods of green chillies
- 1/4 piece of onion
- 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt powder
- Half teaspoon of mustard seeds
The method of making;
Wash and clean the leek leaves thoroughly, drain the water, and chop them very finely.
Cut the onion into small pieces.
Now grind the green chilies. You can also use a blender for this.
Then add turmeric powder and salt powder to it.
Grind everything together.
Place a pan on the stove, add a tablespoon of oil, and when the oil is hot, add the mustard seeds.
Add coconut mellum.
Fry on low heat for about three minutes.
Now add the finely chopped leeks and stir..
Turn off the heat and leave it on the stove for another three minutes before removing it from the stove.
This dish has a delicious aroma and a beautiful color. It tastes delicious. It has a unique flavor. I tried it for the first time. It is a simple dish but very tasty. It can be served with the main course.
