Hello my loving Hiveans,
How are you, Good evening dear friends. I hope that the next few hours will make the most of the mental freedom you have gained today. You had be busy today. You had be under pressure. I invite you to put all that aside and take it easy on these few hours. Dear friends, let's make a bite with a difference. This is the chickpea bite. You know, very interesting. so, let's make it.
Ingredients;
- 100g of chickpeas, washed and cleaned,
soaked for six hours - 250ml of water
- Three tablespoons of cornflour
- 200ml of coconut oil
- A teaspoon of chilli pieces
- Half teaspoon of chilli powder
- A teaspoon of salt powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of cumin seeds
- A few curry leaves
- A piece of pandan leaves
- Four cloves of garlic
- About six or seven small green chillies
The method of making;
First of all, you need to boil the chickpeas. Put a suitable pot on the stove and add chickpeas to it, add half a teaspoon of salt powder, add water to cover the chickpeas and boil for 15 to 20 minutes.
Meanwhile prepare other ingredients as required. For that, cut the pandan leaves very finely. Finely chop some of the curry leaves. Apart from that, cut two cloves of garlic into round slices and the rest of the garlic into very small pieces.
Cut off the end so that the small chili pods do not separate.
Add cumin seeds, chilli powder, chilli pieces and remaining salt powder to the boiled chickpeas.
Then add wheat flour and cornflour to it and stir well.
Now add chopped curry leaves with chopped garlic.
Now add water little by little and make this chickpea mixture to a sticky but not runny consistency.
Now add it to the hot oil and fry for about seven to eight minutes, stirring until golden.
Fry the garlic slices cut in round shape for about thirty seconds on low flame.
Add the remaining curry leaves, green chillies and finely chopped pandan pieces to the heated oil for three to four seconds and add them to the fried chickpeas.
Actually, we can add a different flavor to these recipe chickpeas and make them in a different way and eat them at a party. Very nice especially for a bite and not too spicy. You can change the ingredients here as per your need. But I especially think this would be fantastic for a bite to eat at a fancy party.
Warmly thanking you for reading.
