So we have a monthly clinic once a month. In this clinic, we get two packets of 'Thriposha' for free. This is a cereal food. It is very nutritious, high quality, very safe and is given to pregnant women for free.So I thought I should make a delicious dish from these three-posha (grains). I made a very delicious sweet dish without losing the nutritional value of this. That is called 'Three-posha Aluwa'. You will also like it. You can also buy grain food packets prepared in the same way from the market. So let's see how to make it.

Ingredients;

  • 125g of cereal (Thriposha)
  • Half cup of grated coconut
  • A pinch of salt powder
  • 15ml of water
  • 20g of crushed peanuts
  • 100g of sugar

The method of making;

Fry this grain powder on very low heat for about three minutes, until it becomes dry.

Spread butter on a tray.

Now place a suitable pot on the stove, add two tablespoons of sugar, and caramelize until golden brown.

When the melted sugar bubbles/thickens as shown in the image, add the grated coconut and reduce the heat on the stove.

Add pinch of salt powder with crushed peanuts.

Mix well.

Now add fried grain powder.

Now turn off the heat and stir this powder until it is well mixed.

Again, keep the heat on the stove at a low level and stir the mixture well. Because now it has become a normal liquid. Stir the mixture well until it forms a smooth paste.

Add to the buttered plate and spread thinly.
