How are you, Good evening to my dear friends. As usual, I always think that my dear friends are very happy.These days, there is heavy rain and strong winds. In the midst of all this, my busy life is also increasing due to this. So friends, with all this, I am trying to bring a new/different dish. Meanwhile, it will be an easy and convenient dish. So friends, today I have brought that easy dish, which is coconut sambol. We adults really like to eat rice with coconut sambol. So let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- One and half cup of grated coconut
- A tablespoon of chilli powder
- Half teaspoon of salt powder
- Two pods of green chillies
- Two pods of dry chillies
- 1/4 teaspoon of mustard seeds
- A few curry leaves
- Two cloves of garlic garlic
- Two tablespoons of vegetable oil
- A small piece of onion
The method of making;
Cut the well-washed and cleaned green chilies and dry chillies into very small pieces, the onion into very fine pieces, and the garlic into slices.
Then add grated coconut to the bowl.
Add chilli powder and salt powder to it.
Then add chopped onions, curry leaves, dried chilies and green chilies.
Everything is mix well.
Then add lime juice.
Again mix with all.
Now put a pan on the stove and add two tablespoons of oil to it. When the oil is hot, add the mustard seeds.
Add chopped garlic.
Add the dried chili pieces and sauté over low heat.
Reduce the heat to low, add the prepared coconut sambol, and stir well for about a minute.
In fact, this is a dish that is definitely made at least twice a day in every household in Sri Lanka. Because many people like to eat coconut sambol, especially in a village house, it is a must-make. It is so delicious and our elders say that this coconut sambol is a very nutritious dish. It is easy to make. It is a great dish to eat with rice, adding more flavor with less ingredients.
