My Veggie shopping || Vinegar [Eng-Esp]

Today I present myself again in this vegan challenge in its 27th Edition “YOUR VEGGIE SHOPPING”, brought by our friend @sirenahippie to the community, which consists of buying vinegar. When I go to the supermarket to buy my basic basket products, this product cannot be missing in my shopping cart, as it is very beneficial and versatile in my kitchen. We also know that there are varieties of vinegars such as white vinegar, apple vinegar, balsamic vinegar, rice vinegar and wine vinegar. I particularly use white vinegar and apple cider vinegar.

Hoy me presento nuevamente en este reto vegano en su Edición 27 "TU COMPRA VEGGIE", traído por nuestra amiga @sirenahippie a la comunidad, que consiste en comprar vinagre. Cuando voy  al supermercado a comprar mis productos de la canasta básica, no puede faltar en mi carrito de compras  este producto, ya que es muy beneficioso y versátil en mi cocina. También sabemos que existen variedades de vinagres como el blanco, el de manzana, balsámico, de arroz y el de vino. Particularmente uso el vinagre blanco y el de manzana.

Vinegar is indispensable in my kitchen. I use it to disinfect vegetables, enhance the flavor of various preparations, providing the necessary acidity in salad dressings, vinaigrettes, guasacacas, it is a fundamental part in marinades and pickles. I tell you that some time ago to buy vinegar I used to look for recognized brands, but today in supermarkets we find many brands, of very good quality and affordable prices, as today I got in this supermarket Heinz brand vinegar which is my favorite and best of all is at a very good price.

El vinagre es imprescindible en mi cocina.  Lo uso para desinfectar vegetales, realzar el sabor de diversas preparaciones, aportando la acidez necesaria en aderezos para ensaladas;  vinagretas, guasacacas, es parte fundamental en  los marinados y los encurtidos. Les cuento que hace un tiempo que para comprar vinagre buscaba las marcas reconocidas, pero hoy en día en los supermercados encontramos muchas marcas, de muy buena calidad y precios asequibles, como hoy que conseguí en este supermercado el vinagre de la marca Heinz que es mi favorito y lo mejor de todo está a muy buen precio.

The supermarket I chose today to make my purchase of vinegar is in the center of my city, called Wulmart center is very visited for its excellent prices. My purchase was a 500 ml bottle of vinegar for an amount of $1,01, equivalent to Bs 36,99. Since I want my vinegar to keep for a long time, the first thing I do is to check the expiration date and, after uncorking and using it, I make sure to close it tightly. I also store it in a place that is dry, out of the sunlight, like my pantry. So friends, if you want your vinegar to keep in good condition for a long time, follow these steps that, as it has worked very well for me.

El supermercado que escogí hoy para hacer mi compra de vinagre se encuentra en el centro de mi ciudad, se llama Wulmart centro es muy visitado por sus excelentes precios. Mi compra fue una botella de vinagre de 500 ml por un monto de $1,01, equivalente a Bs 36,99. Como quiero que mi vinagre se conserve por mucho tiempo, lo primero que hago es revisar la fecha de vencimiento y, luego de destaparlo y usarlo, me aseguro de cerrarlo bien.  También lo guardo en un lugar seco y protegido de la luz solar, como mi despensa. Así que amigos, si quieres que su  vinagre se conserve en buen estado durante mucho tiempo, sigue estos tips que a mí me han funcionado muy bien.
