Potatoes are one of the basic ingredients that I often use to process various food menus and also daily snacks, besides being stir-fried, in chili sauce, and many other preparations that create a different taste for each preparation, tonight I make crispy potatoes with the addition of mushroom broth.
Ingredients:
🔹3 potatoes.
🔹3 tablespoons of wheat flour.
🔹1 tablespoon of rice flour.
🔹1 teaspoon of mushroom broth.
🔹1/2 teaspoon of pepper.
🔹3 shallots.
How to Make:
🔸 peel the potato skin until clean.
🔸 cut the potatoes thinly, then cut them lengthwise.
🔸 slice the shallots.
🔸 put the flour in a large container.
🔸 add rice flour.
🔸add pepper powder.
🔸add mushroom stock.
🔸add thinly sliced shallots.
🔸add a little water to stir the dough.
🔸add a little salt.
🔸add potatoes into the flour mixture, mix all the potatoes that have been cut.
🔸heat oil, add potatoes that have been coated with flour, fry until brown.
🔸prepare and serve.
