🔹 1 ripe pineapple.
🔹 400 grams of granulated sugar
🔹 a little yellow food coloring.
🔹 7 red chilies

🔹1 cardamom
🔹a few cloves.
🔹1 teaspoon salt.
How To Make:
🔸peel the pineapple, then wash it thoroug cut the pineapple into small pieces or according to taste.
🔸thinly slice the red chili.
🔸slice the shallots.
🔸heat the water, add the red chili, shallots, and spices such as cardamom, star anise and cloves.
🔸when the water is boiling, add the cut pineapple.
🔸add a little yellow food coloring, so that the color is good, stir well.
🔸add salt.
🔸when the pineapple is slightly ripe, add the sugar, stir well.
🔸prepare and serve.
