Happy new week to the vegan community.
Today I prepared a delicious smashed fried potatoes with vegetables,
a nice snacks idea for family get-together all from my creative mind.

🌻2medium size potatoes
🌻5 pieces of fresh pepper (slice)
🌻small sized onions
🌻1 ginger (small sized)
🌻Small quantity of scent leave
🌻1 Teaspoon salt
🌻1 full of of groundnut oil
🌻3-4cups of water
This great tasted smashed fry potatoes take about 15 minutes to prepare and is devoid of stress
The most important step that everyone should take before preparing any meal is to make sure the utensils are clean and ready to be used.

In a clean pot, add about 3cups of water and a teaspoon of salt and allow to boil.
Wash and cut the potatoes into your desired shape and add it to the boiling water.

Boil the potatoes till tender , remove from pot and pound till it's smooth,

Slice your pepper , scent leaf, onions and blend the ginger and add to the smashed potatoes

Mix the smashed potatoes with the other ingredients very well and mould into sizeable ball

Place another clean pot on fire, add your groundnut oil and allow to get hot,
Gently place the moulded potatoes into the hot oil and allow to fry for some time

Remove from the oil and serve.
Your fried smashed potatoes with vegetables is ready to be enjoyed with any cool drink of your choice
