These is a local Nigerian delicious dish good for vegans and is also very tasty and nutritious

These are the list of beautiful ingredients used in preparing these colorful corn and beans.
1 cup of beans
2 two corn or maize
3 six to seven piece of fresh pepper
4 half tablespoon of salt
5 half cup of oil
6 medium sized onions (sliced)
Porridge corn paired with beans is a very easy recipes which doesn't take much effort but the requirements preparation Time is about 30 minutesbecause beans takes time to prepare.
In a pot, add water and let it boil for some time,
Wash the corn(maize) and add it to the boiling water and allow to cook till down

Beans comes with some particles and some also comes with little stones ,so is advisable to separate the beans from the chaff or stones ,
After separating the beans from the stones, wash it properly and add it to a boiling water in another clean pot

Remove the cooked corn from the pot and deflake,
Remove the first boiling water from the beans and add another water , allow to boil until the beans gets very soft
Pound or blend your pepper, slice your onions to your desirable shape .

Add the deflake corn to the soft beans and all to boil for some times.
Add the oil, onions, pepper and salt, cover for about five minute.
After five minutes stir it properly and cover again for about a minute
stir it properly and serve....
Here comes the beautiful delicacies, it can be enjoyed with Nigerian bread or soaked garri etc
