That must have been cool to get badges on birthday cards. It was not a tradition at my place... as teenagers, we used to buy badges with musicians šŸ˜

        I can remember at school that many of the heavy metal kids had iron maiden badges and that kind of thing. Maybe birthday badges are a UK thing? They were occasionally massive!
