Friends, today I have come with a new video for you. The video is a video of making a ripe raw mango stew. It is summer in our country. In this summer, young raw mangoes are available in sufficient quantity in our country. Now is the mango season in our country. Although the mangoes are not that ripe, that is, they have not grown yet, today I bought some mangoes from the market and brought them to eat as a snack. In summer, this mango stew is very popular and has become a popular dish for everyone. Especially girls love to eat mango stew.




So I bought some mangoes from the market to eat as a snack. As soon as I brought the mangoes from the market, I washed them very cleanly in water and immediately I peeled off the upper parts, which we call the mango peel, and washed them again in water and cleaned them so that there was no dirt in the mangoes, so that there would be no problem when we got them and so that they would not be able to attack us in their lives.




Then in the video I showed you, I used a machine where the mangoes are cut into very small pieces. With that machine, the mangoes can be cut into very small pieces and I did just that. After cutting the mangoes with the help of this machine, I chopped a few green chilies and added a little salt to it. That is, whoever has the taste of salt can eat it with as much salt as he needs. This is a very tasty and delicious dish.




Then I mixed the raw chilies with this mango filling, that is, I mixed it with it. Then I made a delicious dish made with mustard called Kasundi. We added Kasundi here, that is, if you add Kasundi, the mangoes become more delicious to eat. We bought it from the store. Although it can be made at home, making it at home is a bit difficult for me. Bye, but I did not make it at home, I bought it from the market.




Then I mixed all the young mangoes nicely with Kasundi and served it immediately. It was very delicious to eat. I gave it to everyone in the house and everyone enjoyed it. It is summer in our country now, that is, the hot season. Therefore, eating a little sour in the heat is actually a really comfortable thing. So instead of eating it alone, I gave some to everyone. Everyone enjoyed it a lot.
