However, I don't necessarily think I "complained" about it more than merely inquiring about it. hahahaha

I'm new here so i wasn't sure between this and an encoding node failing as well as a scheduled video not publishing was on my end.

        You didn't do anything wrong. I was describing system issues.
        As a developer, we use terms like issues/bugs/complaints.
